Annual Lecture
The Annual Lecture Series is a public forum that attracts over 700 women every year. It is designed to discuss topical issues that affect women, their role in nation building and their personal, business or organizational development. Topics for our Annual Lectures are offshoots of issues emanating from our Annual Conference or emerging national and global issues.
Past speakers at the Annual Lectures include Ms Mo Abudu (CEO, Ebony Life Television), Dr Kayode Fayemi ( Minister of Solid Minerals), Mr Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede (President, Council of the Nigerian Stock Exchange), Ms Aruma Oteh (former Director General, Securities and Exchange Commission), Governor Adams Oshiomhole (former Governor of Edo State), Sanusi Lamido Sanusi( former Governor of Central Bank) among others.

Big Sister Program
In 2016, the Big Sister Program (BSP) was launched in celebration of WIMBIZ’s 15th Anniversary. The program is designed to provide, equip and empower young girls in public secondary schools between the ages of 14-18 years with life skills that will boost their confidence and build their leadership capacity; thereby preparing them for post-secondary education. Beneficiaries of the program are mentored by accomplished female professionals in various fields who have a commitment to the development of the girl child.

WIMBIZ Capital (WIMCAP)
The WIMBIZ Capital, WIMCAP is the investment arm of WIMBIZ created to facilitate women’s access to finance by advocacy, training and direct business finance. This program has been created with practical modules that if followed through by participants have the ability to strengthen their business and make it attractive to investors. Embedded in the training program however are modules that are relevant to women in the corporate sector who wish to someday start their own business or run any corporate organization on addition to being beneficial to women with businesses at the start-up phase.

Winning Without Compromise
Winning Without Compromise is a campus outreach targeted at young female undergraduates of higher institutions of learning in Nigeria. It is held twice yearly in different locations and some of the schools visited over the years are; Lagos State University, University of Port Harcourt, University of Calabar, University of Uyo, University of Abuja, Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA), University of Lagos and Obafemi Awolowo University(OAU).
