Kindly note that after Friday, October 26th, delegates can only register at the Conference venue on Thursday, 1st November 2018.

REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

SUBSTITUTIONS: Registered delegates may be substituted at least 10 working days prior to the conference without incurring administrative fees.

CANCELLATIONS: For cancellations at least 15 business days prior to the conference, the full fee is refundable. Cancellations after Tuesday, 24th October will be non-refundable.

In the case of a NO SHOW, the full registration fee is forfeited.
In all cases, please notify the WIMBIZ Secretariat in writing. Such letters or emails must be received within the timeframes stated above.
