Elsie is the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer of WIMBIZ. She has served in various roles one of which is the pioneer member of our Monitoring and Evaluation Department in 2013 before rising to this position in 2014. Her passion for people development as well as analysis influences her skill in evaluating and analyzing the impact of WIMBIZ’s programs on stakeholders. Elsie has contributed significantly to the successful running of the Monitoring and Evaluation unit of WIMBIZ. Since the inception of the department, she has effectively developed monitoring and evaluation tools and plans for WIMBIZ programs, measured outcomes against program goals, drawn up indicators to monitor progress, and evaluated past programs. In addition, she has supported the efforts of the Communications Department’s data and information management processes. She has a flare for leadership and is skilled in planning, strategizing, organizing, analyzing and evaluating.
She spends her spare time engaging in Christian social activities. She is currently team lead for the Protocol unit of Hillcity where she worships. She is responsible for the smooth running of the unit. She is also actively involved with the planning, strategizing, evaluating, developing contents for and programs and events run by the organization.
She loves to read for career and personal development. She is goal oriented, focused, hardworking and driven by self-development. She is a graduate of Economics from The University of Lagos and has attended a couple of training programs for career and personal development from well recognized institutions.
She has good interpersonal and communication skills, a pleasant disposition and a good sense of humor.
