Foluso Gbadamosi is the Executive Director, Junior Achievement Nigeria. Her career spans over 15 years in the Telecommunications, FMCG, Financial Services and Oil & Gas industries. She worked as a technology specialist in the United States and has held management leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Monarch Communications Ltd, IGI Insurance and Prime Atlantic Group.
As a technology advocate passionate about driving technology literacy and business sustainability across Africa, she views technology as a catalyst for national development and change in Africa. She has spoken at several platforms covering topics that range from Technology, Social Advocacy, Purpose, Leadership, Mentorship and Business.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Swift Networks, Cousant Technologies, Kuda Bank and the Advisory Board of Skool Media. She is also a social advocate and co-founder of Serving with Love (SWL), a social impact driven platform spearheading the introduction of computer literacy and coding as a language to young children in rural communities.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters degree in Management Information Systems from George Washington University. Foluso is also a Certified Management Consultant and holds Certificates from the Yale CEO College, IE Business School and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is a John Maxwell Certified Speaker & Trainer and also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.
She is the recipient of the 2020 Social Good Awards in the Personal Development Category and the 2020 Seed Builders Women Impact Award for her contribution to Women Advancement & Empowerment, Digital Transformation & Humanitarian Service.
She is married with two children and lives in Lagos, Nigeria.
