CONSENT

CONSENT: This program includes a feature to record the audio, video and any document or materials exchanged or displayed during the session.

By participating you have agreed to photography, audio, video recording and the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of same on WIMBIZ social media platforms, television, radio, the WIMBIZ Website for promotional or other purpose(s) that WIMBIZ, its vendors, partners, affiliates and/or representatives deems fit to use it for.

REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

SUBSTITUTIONS: Registered delegates may be substituted at least 10 working days prior to the conference without incurring administrative fees.

CANCELLATIONS: For cancellations at least 15 business days prior to the conference, the full fee is refundable. Cancellations after Monday, October 18th will be non-refundable.

In the case of a NO SHOW, the full registration fee is forfeited.
In all cases, please notify the WIMBIZ Secretariat in writing. Such letters or emails must be received within the time frames stated above.
