I really appreciate the time my Mentor spent speaking with me. Despite our careers being very different, there were a surprising number of commonalities in the work we do, and in many cases, the differences provided helpful contrasts and new perspectives.

The WIMBIZ & DCSL Corporate mentoring program was a very fulfilling one, it provided ample ground to impact my mentee Toluwalase Adeyemi. My mentee and I were able to set out clear smart objectives at the start of the program in the following areas:  Personal Development, Public Speaking, Thought Leadership and Self-Management.

Toluwalase was able to start her MBA program, take on additional responsibilities at work and come up with a personal mission statement and a SWOT analysis to understand the areas to focus on.  She was very eager to learn and there were specific outcomes she shared during our last meeting, she also mentioned improvement noticed by her colleagues at work.

It was satisfying and exciting for me to see Toluwalase grow. A great privilege to build my legacy by encouraging upcoming female professionals. Good opportunity for me to enhance my emotional intelligence and consciousness.
