Annual Conference Refund Policy

  1. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
    If you are charged twice and WIMBIZ receives both payments, a full refund will be issued for the duplicate transaction. However, if the duplicate charge was not received by WIMBIZ, whether due to your banking or payment app error, WIMBIZ will direct you to contact your bank or payment service provider to resolve the issue. We will not process refunds for payments that were not received on our end.
  2. Cancellations and Refunds
    Refunds for cancellations are based on the following timelines:

    ✅ More than 4 weeks before the conference:
    Refund of fees paid after deducting the virtual access fee and a 10% administrative charge.

    ✅ 2 to 4 weeks before the conference:
    50% refund of fees paid after deducting the virtual access fee and administrative charge.

    ❌ Less than 2 weeks before the conference or after it has started:
    No refund will be issued

    ❌ Virtual-only participants:
    All virtual registrations are strictly non-refundable, as access is automatically granted upon payment.

Include your full name, email used for registration, and transaction reference

For direct bank transfers, Kindly send an email to payments@wimbiz.org and copy conference@wimbiz.org

CONSENT: This event includes a feature to record the audio, video and any document or materials exchanged or displayed during the session.

By participating you have agreed to photography, audio, video recording and the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of same on WIMBIZ social media platforms, television, radio, the WIMBIZ Website for promotional or other purpose(s) that WIMBIZ, its vendors, partners, affiliates and/or representatives deems fit to use it for.
