REFUND POLICY FOR OTHER WIMBIZ PAID PROGRAMS

Full Refund

  1. Full refund will be made to the attendee who got debited twice in the event of additional payment in error or over payment. However, it will attract a 10% administrative charge.
  2. Cancellation of attendance for WIMBIZ programs will attract a 25% administrative charge if the attendee requests for the refund within 5 days of the cancellation only. 

Partial Refund

  1. Administrative charge of 50% is deducted if refund is not made within 5 days of payment as a result and communicated within the stipulated timeframe.

Deferred Payment

  1. Payment can only be deferred within the same calendar year that the program held, being within January to December of that same year.
  2. No payment for any program is transferable to the following year.

 

REFUND POLICY FOR WIMBIZ ANNUAL CONFERENCE

  1. Full refund will be made to the attendee who got debited twice in the event of additional payment in error or over payment. However, it will attract a 10% administrative charge, only if cancellation is initiated more than a month to the conference.
  2. A partial refund of 50% administrative fee would be applied if the request is made two weeks before the conference.
  3. There will be no refund if the request is made less than a week to the conference nor after.

 

REFUND POLICY FOR THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERNCE

  1. A full refund will be made to the attendee who got debited twice in the event of additional payment in error or over payment. However, it will attract a 10% administrative charge, only if cancellation is initiated 2 weeks to the conference.
  2. A partial refund of 80% will be provided to an attendee if the reason for cancellation is due to declined visa. However, this request by the attendee must be sent to payments@wimbiz.org and internationalconference@wimbiz.org within 10 working days before the London conference
  3. A partial refund of 70% will be provided to an attendee if the reason for cancellation is non-visa related. However, this request by the attendee must be sent to payments@wimbiz.org and internationalconference@wimbiz.org within 10 working days before the London conference
  4. There will be no refund if the request is made less than a week to the conference nor after.
