WIMBIZ WOMEN ON BOARDS (WIMBOARD) MENTORING PROGRAM

The WIMBIZ WIMBoard Mentoring Program is a platform for experienced Board members with immense board experience to share their expertise, experience, skills, and knowledge with WIMBIZ female professional mentees. This is aimed at empowering and guiding them to be strategic in enhancing their skills, professionalism, and network to be more successful as aspiring or existing board members of organizations.

As a WIMBoard Mentor, you will be required to provide one-on-one mentoring to a senior female executive, or an existing female Board member based on your convenience and preferred means of communication with your mentee.

Criteria for Board Mentors

1. At least 5 years of relevant board experience
2. Professional expertise in leadership, governance, or related fields
3. Strong communication skills
4. Demonstrated integrity and personal leadership
5. Availability and commitment to the 3-month program
6. Strong networking experience
