Chioma is an insightful and dynamic senior business executive, driving organizational objectives through innovative application of marketing and communications strategies to grow B2C businesses. She has worked for global business like British American Tobacco, Coca-Cola, Airtel and Cadbury Mondeleez as well as African businesses- MultiChoice and Access Bank, where she has focused on driving business growth through implementing innovative and creative enterprise-wide marketing and brand building campaigns.  

Her 24-year work experience spans FMCG, Consulting (Andersen), Direct Marketing, Telecommunications, broadcast media/content marketing and financial services. She has a first degree in English and a post graduate diploma in Direct Marketing from the Institute of Direct Marketing in the UK. She also holds an MBA from the Imperial College Business School, London, as well as certifications from several leadership courses at Lagos Business school and Wharton Business school. 

Her current role is serving as Head, Marketing and Communications, Access Bank Group, where she oversees a diverse team of marketing specialists in Nigeria and 12 other African subsidiary markets. She also sits on the EXCO of Access Bank Ltd. 

She is a member of the Executive Council Leadership of the Advertisers Association of Nigeria, ADVAN and Member National Institute of Marketing, NIMN.
