WIMBIZ advocacy seeks to lend its voice and support for gender parity as well as the increase in the representation of women in leadership positions in business, management, and public service.
The goal of WIMBIZ advocacy, therefore, is to achieve a minimum of 35% of female representation on Corporate Boards in Nigeria by 2030. This can also be enhanced through the WIMBIZ Gender Equity & Equality Scorecard for private sector organisations.
