FAQ
Refund & Cancellation Policy
REFUND CLAUSE FOR THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERNCE
- A full refund will be made to the attendee who got debited twice in the event of additional payment in error or over payment. However, it will attract a 10% administrative charge, only if cancellation is initiated 2 weeks to the conference.
- A partial refund of 80% will be provided to an attendee if the reason for cancellation is due to declined visa. However, this request by the attendee must be sent to payments@wimbiz.org and internationalconference@wimbiz.org within 10 working days before the London conference
- A partial refund of 70% will be provided to an attendee if the reason for cancellation is non-visa related. However, this request by the attendee must be sent to payments@wimbiz.org and internationalconference@wimbiz.org within 10 working days before the London conference
- There will be no refund if the request is made less than a week to the conference nor after.
