Refund Policy for WIMBIZ Annual Conference

Full Refund:

• A full refund will be made to attendees who were debited twice due to an error or overpayment.
• If cancellation is initiated more than a month before the conference, a 10% administrative charge will apply.

Partial Refund:

• A partial refund of 50% will be made to attendees if the request is made two weeks before the conference. An administrative fee will be applied.

No Refund:

• No refunds will be provided if the request is made less than a week before the conference or after the conference has started.

After registration, kindly make payment with your debit or cash card using the payment portal that pops up when after completing the registration form. 

CONSENT: This event includes a feature to record the audio, video and any document or materials exchanged or displayed during the session.

By participating you have agreed to photography, audio, video recording and the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of same on WIMBIZ social media platforms, television, radio, the WIMBIZ Website for promotional or other purpose(s) that WIMBIZ, its vendors, partners, affiliates and/or representatives deems fit to use it for.
