Refund Policy for WIMBIZ Annual Conference
Full Refund:
- A full refund will be made to attendees who were debited twice due to an error or overpayment.
- If cancellation is initiated more than a month before the conference, a 10% administrative charge will apply.
Partial Refund:
- A partial refund of 50% will be made to attendees if the request is made two weeks before the conference. An administrative fee will be applied.
No Refund:
- No refunds will be provided if the request is made less than a week before the conference or after the conference has started.

For direct bank transfers, Kindly send an email to conference@wimbiz.org and copy payments@wimbiz.org
