About Us
WIMBIZ (Women in Management, Business, and Public Service) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and supporting women in leadership roles.
The organization is of African roots with a global perspective of connecting and inspiring women across the globe to catalyze their growth to leadership positions and contribution to nation building. With a history spanning 23 years, WIMBIZ has implemented various programs that inspire, empower, and advocate for greater representation of women in both the public and private sectors. WIMBIZ has a global network of over 2,571 accomplished women who contribute to its initiatives in management, business, and public service.
WIMBIZ collaborates with reputable domestic and international organizations to deliver impactful programs, positively influencing over 330,493 women to excel in their careers and businesses.

We have been certified by NGOSource Equivalency Determination (ED), a status equivalent to Public Charities in the United States.
We are the 1st Nigerian NGO rated by NGO Advisor and ranked as 428 worldwide in 2018.
We are also the only African/Nigerian Affiliate partner and representative of the International Women’s Entrepreneurship Challenge (IWEC) Foundation.
We are also a volunteer-based organization funded largely by donations and contributions from members and partners. We are a supporter of the Code of Ethics and Conduct on NGOs.
We are a female-focused NGO that elevates the profile and influence of women in management, business and their contribution to building the nation.
